BizOrder ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and business information. This Privacy Policy explains how BizOrder collects, uses, stores, and processes information when you use the BizOrder mobile application.
Business Information
The application may store information such as business name, business contact details, business address, business logo, and other business information entered by the user.
Customer Information
Business users may enter customer name, phone number, email address, event or booking details, notes, and other information related to a booking.
Booking and Business Information
Users may enter event or booking names, booking dates and times, services or requirements, quotation and invoice details, total amounts, advance amounts, notes, and staff-related information.
Account Information
User accounts are created and managed by the BizOrder administrator. Users do not independently create accounts through the application. Account-related information may include the user's name, email address, phone number, role, and other information required to provide access to BizOrder.
2. Camera and Photo Library
BizOrder may request access to your device's camera and photo library solely for selecting or capturing a business logo.
The application does not use camera or photo library access for facial recognition, advertising, tracking, or any other unrelated purpose.
Photos selected or captured for use as a business logo may be uploaded and stored as part of your business profile. You can manage camera and photo library permissions through your device settings.
3. Analytics Information
BizOrder uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how users interact with the application and to improve its functionality.
Firebase Analytics may collect information such as app usage and interaction data, device type, operating system, app version, session information, and general application event information.
Analytics information is used to understand application usage, improve features, and monitor general application performance.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use information collected through BizOrder to:
- Provide and operate the application
- Manage business profiles
- Manage bookings and orders
- Manage customers
- Create and manage quotations and invoices
- Manage staff access and permissions
- Store and synchronize business data
- Improve application functionality and user experience
- Understand application usage through analytics
- Maintain application security and reliability

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
5. Data Storage
BizOrder uses Google Firebase Cloud Firestore to store and synchronize application data.
Information entered into BizOrder, including business information, customer information, booking information, quotations, invoices, staff information, and related records, may be stored in Cloud Firestore.
Business logos and other uploaded content may also be stored using the application's configured storage infrastructure.
We use appropriate security controls to help protect stored information from unauthorized access.

6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate BizOrder, including Google Firebase services used for data storage and analytics.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of BizOrder, its users, or others.
7. Business and Customer Data
BizOrder is designed to help businesses manage their customers, bookings, orders, quotations, invoices, and other business records.
If you enter information about customers, employees, clients, or other individuals into BizOrder, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permission or legal basis to collect and use that information.
Users are also responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of information entered into their business account.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information stored and processed through BizOrder.
However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Business and user information is retained while the associated account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide BizOrder's services.
If you want to request deletion of your account or personal information, please contact us using the contact information provided on our Support page.
Because user accounts are managed by a BizOrder administrator, account deletion may require administrator action. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
10. Payments
BizOrder does not currently process payments or financial transactions directly through the application.
Any payment, advance, or amount information entered into BizOrder is used for business record-keeping and management purposes.
11. Children's Privacy
BizOrder is intended for business and general users and is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to BizOrder, our services, or applicable legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this Privacy Policy.
